Standard Foundation
We believe it's important to use some of our profits and energy to support certain not-for-profit organizations. In doing so, we look for organizations with which we have a strong connection and where, in addition to money, we can really add something with hands-on work, just like our companies. Through a multi-year partnership, we then contribute time and money.
The first organization we started supporting the Foundation starting in 2019 is 100WEEKS. This very entrepreneurial NGO tries to support women and their families in different areas in Africa for 100 weeks with cash and training to get out of poverty permanently.
Since 2021, we have also been involved with Fawaka Entrepreneurial School. This is a fast-growing organization that teaches children about entrepreneurship, with a focus on sustainability and citizenship, especially children who otherwise have limited access to such programs.
